Terms & Conditions of Booking

By making a reservation directly with No 93 BBQ House (including by phone, email, in person or through our website) or through OpenTable, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions of Booking.

If you make your reservation through OpenTable, you also agree to the OpenTable Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Booking Policy

  • A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure your reservation.

  • We reserve the right to contact you regarding your booking. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date.

  • Tables are allocated for a maximum dining time of 1 hour and 30 minutes (90 minutes) unless otherwise arranged.

  • Guests are required to vacate their table promptly at the conclusion of their allocated dining time if requested by staff.

Arrival Policy

  • We allow a 15-minute grace period from your reservation time.

  • If you expect to arrive later than 15 minutes after your booking time, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible.

  • Reservations may be released if guests do not arrive within the grace period and no prior notice has been given.

Cancellation, Changes & No-Shows

  • Cancellations, reductions in guest numbers, or no-shows within 24 hours of the reservation time will incur a fee of $20 per affected guest.

  • Where applicable, this fee will be charged to the card provided when the reservation was made.

Surcharges & Additional Fees

The following charges apply:

  • 1.6% surcharge on all card and contactless payments.

  • $1.00 per person cakeage fee for outside cakes.

  • $15.00 BYO surcharge per bottle of wine.

Any applicable Sunday or Public Holiday surcharges will be displayed where required and charged in accordance with applicable laws.

Dietary Requirements

Please advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation by using the special requests field or by contacting the restaurant directly. While we take reasonable care in preparing meals, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

Live Music

Live music is held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. As our venue is intimate, noise levels may be higher during these times.
